3) Orders, Payment & Scheduling

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Services subject to these Terms.
• Prices, fees, and taxes will be disclosed at the time of booking. Payment is due as specified at order confirmation.
• Scheduling is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
• We may require a deposit or pre-payment to confirm scheduling.

4) Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule subject to our policies in effect at the time of booking. Certain cancellations may be subject to fees or non-refundable deposits. Rancho Rolloff reserves the right to cancel Services due to weather, safety, or operational concerns.

5) Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and lawful placement of dumpsters on your property or designated area.
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for dumpster placement.
• Do not exceed weight or fill limits specified by Rancho Rolloff.
• Do not dispose of prohibited items (e.g., hazardous waste, chemicals, flammables).
• Provide clear and safe access for delivery and pickup.

6) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

• Placing unlawful, hazardous, or restricted items in dumpsters.
• Using the website for fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on ranchorolloff.com, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Rancho Rolloff or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Rancho Rolloff disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or merchantability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rancho Rolloff is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services at issue.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, OK.
